First, we wish to advise you
that Sheba-Creations is part of the Brytfor Limited group of
companies, and that all on-line order transactions are
completed using the Brytfor shopping cart.
That's why, when you "add to
cart", you will be transferred to what we like to call the "mechanical"
side of the Brytfor trading operation. All orders placed online will
be acknowledged with reference to
Brytfor Limited.
Each time you add an item to your cart we suggest you use the back button
on your browser to continue shopping, or proceed to the order form if you
are ready to complete your order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
There is a facility on the shopping cart to enter a different address for
delivery; however, the billing address you use must match the one to which
your card is registered.
When you have finished adding to basket, and have completed all the required
details at the check-out stage, you will be asked to proceed to make your
payment. You will then be transferred to WorldPay, who handle all our
online payments. WorldPay will email you with confirmation of
your payment. It is important, therefore, that you provide a current and
accessible email address when placing your order.
Do please note that the
card details you provide must match those entered on the order form, i.e.
the name and address of the card holder must match exactly the billing name
and address.
A word about security: we do not have access to your credit card details at
any stage of the on-line ordering transaction. If, however, you prefer
to order by telephone we shall obviously need your card details.
Never send your card details by e-mail. Telephone is safe. Our
order telephone number is: 0800 787 9045. This is a FREEPHONE number. A word regarding cheque payments. We are quite happy to accept
cheques, but only for amounts in British Pounds drawn on UK banks.

GENERAL
None of the statements made on this page affect the consumer's statutory
rights in matters of dispute
PRICES
All prices quoted are in GB Pounds and inclusive of UK tax.
DELIVERY
We despatch most orders within 4 days of receipt. In the event of delays occasioned by stock shortage, you will be
informed at the time of placing your order.
CANCELLATION
Orders may not be cancelled after despatch. In the event of an order being
cancelled prior to despatch, we exercise the right to levy a charge equivalent
to the service fee charged by our credit card processing company. This currently
equates to 4.5% of the chargeable order value. Where cancellation is occasioned
by our failure to meet certain order requirements, whether in terms of our
inability to meet the quality, price or delivery periods as stated elsewhere
within these pages, the aforementioned cancellation charge will not apply.
BREAKAGES/SHORTAGES
Any breakages or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
Damaged or incorrectly-supplied items will be replaced free of charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to customer at time of delivery.
All goods remain the property of Brytfor Limited until payment has been made
in full, and cheques have been cleared.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the
Company Management, but any decision made by the company will not affect your
normal statutory rights in matters of dispute.
SUBSTITUTION
We reserve the right to substitute item/s of similar type, quality and price
where the ordered item/s is currently out of stock. This does not affect
your normal statutory rights in matters of dispute.
